Last week, I was fortunate to participate in a great event organized by Future Fit at Austin Community College dedicated to the essential social purpose of preparing the future workforce. It was a meeting of the minds, the teachers, managers, and members of society who have an interest of the society in providing opportunities for people to attain success in society in the wake of increasing unemployment.

First, the feeling coming over me as soon as I entered the hall, I could sense some sort of vibe. Indeed, there were high expectations of what the participants were going to present and hear on the new paradigm of workforce development. The event started with welcoming the guests and introducing Future Fit’s hosts.
